  Initially when I took out this loan I was very pleased at the staff, the customer service and their rates compared to others I have used. For about four to six months I paid my bill on time and sometimes even before the due date. So I was a good paying customer. But I underwent some medical issues and had to switch jobs. I took in proof of that and my income to show them that I truly needed their help to assist with this debt. Each of them even to upline management said, "Sorry, there is nothing we can do to help as far as adjusting the bill and/or lowering my payments. They appeared to be understanding however; but called me everyday I was late reminding me that they had to continue to call me and instructed me to always get the payment in as soon as possible; and to call once I had it in the mail, or western union. I did exactly as I was instructed to do. . Then one day when I was leaving for an appointment the repo man was there to pick up my truck.Absolutely no warning whatsoever. I called them totally panicked and crying and absolutely in awe because I did not see that coming. I asked why didn't they tell me that? They said, because we couldn't. Not only no warning, but the people who appeared to be supportive, was very insensitive, calloused, and abrasive in their tone. Then I was charged a repo fee of $350 because I was told that the truck had to be picked up and taken to VA. (I live in NC) only to find out that my car was taken 15 miles up the road to an Auto Auction. So they had no faith that I was going to get the money up to get my vehicle back. I had until the 8th to pay the whole amount to reclaim my truck. I got the money up on the 7th and went to pick up my car. My car was stripped clean on the inside. The contents of it was placed in a box (with the exception of my car charger) it wasn't in there at all, and not only this they had placed stickers on my windshield to go down the 'dealership' line for auctioning, plus my license plates were off. I was totally taken aback at this point and would like to look into this situation further. Should I have been charged such an extremely high repo fee if my car wasn't taken to where it was stated, and also, should my car have already been stripped and prepped for auctioning before the deadline date? Consumers be careful of them. I know desperate financial means, can call for desperate financial measures, but try to get the money from a different venue.
